Brow Lift
What is Brow Lift Aesthetics?
With aging, the skin begins to become increasingly dry and wrinkled. Skin sagging is seen in many parts of the body. When the tissue structure starts to deteriorate, the elasticity in the body and the cohesion of the skin are lost. Considering these points, it is possible that the eyebrows droop and fall slowly towards the eyelid. Not only due to age-related reasons, but also hereditary eyebrows may not have a smoother aesthetic with facial features. Another reason is that most people have eyebrow lift surgeries for cosmetic reasons.
Eyebrow lift operations, which are very popular among women, are performed to cure low eyebrows. However, in some cases, eyebrows with excessively raised ends seem problematic. It can make a person seem arrogant and self-righteous.
In this context, we can call all operations aiming to rejuvenate the face by bringing the low eyebrows back to their original position and to call it eyebrow lift aesthetics.
How Is Brow Lift Aesthetics Performed?
If brow lift aesthetics is performed with a surgical procedure, the operation is performed under local or general anesthesia.Brow lift aesthetics can be done with different methods. When the endoscopic method is preferred, the operation is performed with incisions in the hairline with a tube with a camera at the end. Some surgeons, on the other hand, can use the stretching method by lifting the skin from the hairline area of the upper part of the head by using the method called coronal incision. This method is applied to people with very high foreheads.
Eyebrow Lift with Stretching
In this permanent method, an incision is made from the upper part of the eyebrow, a certain amount of skin is removed, the eyebrow is stretched to the designed place and sewn to the new location.
Eyebrow Thread Lifting Method
It is a method of removing drooping eyebrows from the area where the hairline starts. In this method, which is applied more to the people with a wide forehead, not only the eyebrows but also the skin of the forehead is recovered. A younger appearance is provided to the face. You should avoid heavy activities and sports until the time your doctor recommends. You must follow the post-operative recovery protocols. It may take several weeks for your eyebrows to fully heal and to see results.
